Here is a brief history of Sutton Central Mosque:

Welcome to Sutton Central Masjid, a Sunni mosque established by The Shah Jalal Islamic Foundation in 2006 to create a permanent worship and educational space for the local Muslim community.

In the past 17 years, our services have expanded to include daily prayers, Jumu’ah and Eid prayers, Islamic studies and Quran classes, marriage services, and family counselling.

To meet the growing needs of our community, we aim to raise funds for an extension, adding a floor to better serve our community in the future, Insha'Allah.
